Laser Cutting
We specialize in laser cutting services that excel in speed, precision, and delivering superior cut quality. Our expertise extends to a wide range of materials, including metal, acrylic, wood and more, accommodating varying material thickness levels with ease
Laser Engraving
Laser engraving is an advanced technique that utilizes a powerful laser beam to etch and mark various materials. It surpasses traditional methods with speed, and consistency, ensuring high-quality engravings. This non-contact process minimizes the risk of damage to delicate materials.
Rotary Engraving
Rotary engraving is a well-established and time-tested method employed to achieve permanent and visually appealing markings, texts, and graphics. This technique involves the physical removal of material from the desired area, resulting in precise and long-lasting engravings.
Paint Fill
Paint fill is a widely adopted practice across various industries seeking durable colour identification and signage solutions. This method is particularly prevalent in applications involving stainless steel, wood, and acrylic materials. While generally applicable to a wide array of materials, it is important to note that paint fill may not be suitable for materials with shallow engraving or thin profiles, such as glass or paper.
Fire Polished Acrylic
Fire polished acrylic is an exceptional finishing technique that creates a near-glass smoothness to the cut sections of the material, applicable to most acrylics up to 25.4mm thick. It is particularly well-suited for trophy and signage applications, providing a refined and elegant appearance. Additionally, it is an excellent option for enhancing the visual appeal for large scale projects, with our largest sheet measuring at 3000mm x 1500mm
Laserable Components
We proudly provide an extensive selection of in-house, precut laserable products. Recognizing the challenges businesses face with lead times for base products, we have taken steps to bridge this gap by offering a convenient solution. Our stocked products encompass a diverse range, including blank plates cut to size, tags, and components, among others. For a comprehensive scope of our full capabilities, please contact us today.
